The staff manages the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment for all stakeholders on-site at our premises where we operate. Duties include:

• Develop and implement strategy to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance including scheduling and co-ordinating of maintenance activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaners/ vendor and maintenance service providers.
• Monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, meeting rooms, classrooms, Chapel, Sick Bay, kitchens / pantries, living areas of the IJHCC residents, toilets, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces
• Manage a schedule of regular repairs / maintenance and inspections on facilities and equipment e.g lift, air conditioners, water tank, fire alarm, auto-gate to ensure prompt rectifications are provided when required.
• Guide organisation to clear inspections and audits set by regulators such as MSF, BCA, NEA etc

(ii) Technology ( IT Management) Responsibilities

• Manage technology vendors and service providers to ensure that the organization's technology needs are met.

• Ensure that the IT policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with PDPA requirements, industry standards and regulations. Function as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for the organisation and ensure organisation is trained on its obligations.

• Maintain a strong understanding of the organization's needs and work closely with other departments to ensure that IT is aligned with those requirements.

The Market Development Officer role is part of the Council's Care Market Development Team. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to manage inbound leads and you will be responsible for sourcing leads and reaching out to potential customers. This role will report into the Head of Customer Success and Renewals and you will be tasked with strategically developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their assigned territory. Candidates for this position must be highly motivated, tenacious, and self starters.

In this role you will:

• Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales
• Pipeline for our products across our Enterprise Accounts
• Research and build "cold accounts" (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling)
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas
• Conduct high level conversations with Executives in prospect accounts
• Evangelize Terrascope and the SaaS model
• Sourcing and finding new leads, responsible for driving B2B sales
• Ability to conduct cold calls, and send convincing and personalized mass emails with the goal to schedule pitches to sell Terrascope to customers in APAC and Japan
• Exceed sales targets & performance based goals while working independently
• Develop strong relationships with new potential customers
• Reach out to potential customers effectively to generate conversations and pitches
• Maintain and manage an active pipeline with thousands of leads
• Ability to wear the customer's shoes and imagine yourself in the customer's position.

You should have:

• Passion for customers and sustainability
• Experience selling to customers in the Asean and Japan territories
• Minimum 2 years Inside Sales experience within SaaS (New Business Development, Cold Calling, Planning/Strategy)
• Relevant sales experience, managing a quota or quarterly revenue target
• Excellent Written/Verbal communication skill
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• A relationship builder with the ability to make connections with anyone
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• Comfortable with making cold calls with prior cold calls outreach experience
• Active contributor to a dynamic office culture
• Fluency in English required

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Investment/ Finance/ related field or equivalent;
• Min. 5 years relevant working experience in project development, project management, and financial modeling, preferably in commodities trading companies;
• Knowledge of oil & gas industry especially the upstream and downstream expertise in aviation fuel field is preferred;
• Excellent organisational skills and networking skills, and enjoy developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders;
• Hands-on and execution-focused attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision;

We are looking for a dynamic, collaborative, driven and customer-obsessed Sales Development Manager in Sydney reporting to the APAC Sales Development Director.

The Sales Development Manager is a critical leader in our regional GTM team and will lead, manage and grow the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team whose goal is to generate revenue by developing target account opportunities and pipeline for Dynatrace in Australia and New Zealand to support our growth trajectory. Ensuring the critical work that marketing does to drive demand is picked up and executed through to the handover of opportunities to sales.

• Recruit, onboard, coach and optimise a team of SDRs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements
• Build best in class SDR team with the regionally specific tools, tactics and processes to make the regional teams successful
• Refine our customer value messaging and engagement strategy for your region to over-achieve Qualified Sales Opportunity (QSO) targets & conversion
• Stakeholders Management: align GTM strategy and processes with VP ANZ and Sales leaders
