This role provides support to the business needs for stake holders, customers, and associates. Responsibilities include managing day to day scheduling with minimal supervision, and making decisions that improve security, while following the Every Day Low Cost model.

• Installing, Maintaining, Testing Burglar, Fire alarms and Voice Evacuation system as well as Video Surveillance systems.

• Assists in ensuring code compliance by achieving, maintaining, and enforcing all required licenses and certifications for national electrical and fire codes according to local, state, and federal regulations (for example low voltage licenses, fire alarm licenses, National Institute Certifying Engineering Technology certifications, National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association trainings, National Electric Code requirements, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 72, NFPA 731, NFPA 101).

• Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders. identifies business needs. Monitors progress and results. The position is part of 24-hour monitoring and response via the Corporate Security & Safety - Security Operations Center Hotline allowing the opportunity for employees, contractors, and members of the public to report threats to physical security, safety, data privacy, violations, or any other incident with potential impact to FNBO or its interests 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. More specifically, the Security Operations Center Operator: Operates electronic physical security systems; including Access Control/Biometric, IP Video, Physical Intrusion, Incident and Intelligence reporting platforms; providing Situational Awareness support, Security & Safety Incident Response and Crisis Management support; Travel Tracking, notifications, and escalations, to protect employees, facilities and assets worldwide.

About This Role:

 

• Proficiently navigate and operate physical security technology ranging from enterprise access control systems and alarm monitoring platforms to various business intelligence sources, open-source media, network video management applications and internet and internal collaborative tools.
• Operate and manage a multi-phone line console system and appropriately determine and assign the level of priority of the call to assist, transfer, document, or notify as appropriate.
• Monitor and operate a radio console and computer equipment.
• Receive and respond to a variety of emergency and non-emergency services and complaints.
• Ask questions to interpret, analyze and anticipate the caller’s situation as to resolve problems, provide information, dispatch emergency services, or refer callers to other agencies.

CSOC Tier 1

CSOC Tier 2

The Patient Services Specialist provides superior face-to-face customer service in greeting and assisting patients, family, visitors and internal customers. They perform an important role in facilitating the patient experience by promoting a patient and family centered atmosphere throughout the check in/out process.

Major Responsibilities:

Position Overview

Autodesk's Desktop Virtualization Team within the Enterprise Systems and Experience IT organisation is seeking an Information Security Specialist to help safeguard our digital desktop computer systems. Minimum Qualifications

• Hands-on experience: Familiarity with implementing and maintaining tools like EDR, XDR, SOAR, SIEM, UEBA, PAM, AM, and network security solutions.

Hays are working with a Bromsgrove based Legal firm who are recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join them on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will provide administrative support a specific division in the Firm with duties to include:

• Handle new client enquiries on the telephone or in person and dealing with queries
• Closing and updating files and other records on the database
• Maintaining the storage of files
• Allocating post to the appropriate persons
• Supporting with the chasing of clients for payment of costs/ disbursements
• Filing and scanning of documents
• Diary management
• Undertake basic drafting of documents and due diligence where needed
• Any other duties and assistance commensurate to the role, as required from time to time.

This role is full time working Monday to Friday in the office.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in the legal sector, or a similar role will be highly desired. Other requirements are:

• A proficient level of literacy and numeracy and experience MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience of data entry and/or text processing
• Touch and audio typing experience desirable
• Proactive and able to work on own initiative alongside team working skills
• Organised and methodical with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
