Overview of the Role
The Account Receivable (AR) Systems team is part of Finance Revenue Operations and is responsible for the systems and technology utilized by the AR operations teams.
The analyst will be responsible for systems support and management of prioritized enhancement initiatives. Core operational responsibilities include end user support, improving our operational infrastructure, and supporting key business initiatives. Other responsibilities will include key performance indicator (KPI) analysis and operational reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities
Support Revenue Operations including system bug triage, business process support, technical advisory, business requirements gathering, managing SOX controls, and system configuration for AR.
Create and maintain technical and process documentation
Support projects and other initiatives from a technology perspective that impact the Finance department.
Work closely with IT and other business units to complete new technology and functionality implementations.
Facilitate and maintain partnerships with key system and business partners
Identify areas of improvement to increase process efficiencies and data integrity. Providing solutions in accordance with industry best practices and company policy.
Required Qualifications
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
3+ years of System Administration experience, preferably with Salesforce products
3+ years of professional Systems Analyst or Product Analyst experience, or focus in system enhancements, product or program management

Proficient in systems analysis, specifically data analysis, process modeling
Experience in technology implementations and development methodologies

THE JOB
The Comedy Marketing Manager reports directly to the Director of Comedy Marketing and indirectly to the talent buyers and Head of Comedy Operations. This person will be responsible for creating marketing plans including advertising, promotions, PR, social media and media buying for Live Nation comedy shows. THE TEAM
The Sales Strategy and Enablement is a newer team within the Ticketmaster North America Sales organization charged with driving acquisition and retention of accounts across the Arts & Theatre, Sports, Family and Music segments.
THE JOB
As a Sales Enablement Coordinator, your role is focused on developing sales support materials for Ticketmaster prospect and renewal conversations. You will work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders on both quick-turn and long-term projects. In addition, you will be responsible for curating and maintaining content libraries of product updates, industry activities, and previously presented materials.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Working collaboratively with team members in the management of pitching prospects and renewing clients, ensuring presentations have no errors and design is completed with care.
Maintaining and optimizing processes and tools that maximize the North America Sales Strategy and Enablement impact.
Providing clear and concise narratives of Ticketmaster products and services, with an eye towards client needs and opportunities.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
1-3 years of experience in content marketing, visual communications, or graphic design.
Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
Familiarity with shared communication tools such as Salesforce, Box, Confluence, Slack, and Asana.
