Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, a related field, or a foreign equivalent plus 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or any engineer/networks related job titles. Skills must include: (1) LTE-NR interworking & co-existence, and 5G Numerologies; (2) 5G and 4G air interface and EN-DC network architecture and call processing technologies with a specifically focused on Radio Access Network; (3) 3GPP systems and standards: RAN and Core networks; (4) simulation environments including MATLAB; (5) Programming languages Java or C; (6) object-oriented programming including design concepts; and (7) KPI analysis tools.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of PC software applications experience with solid Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Manage and approve new/existing supplier registration activities through collaboration with internal teams.

II. Solutions Pre- Sales Support

Role and Responsibilities

This role is an exciting part of the growing eCommerce division within Samsung Electronics America. You will be a key driver in quality experience improvements for our customers and building the future to raise standards for best in class eCommerce orders with delivery & installation. • Evaluate Logistics and Shipping partner performance and surface exceptions and issues to the correct parties for resolution
• Evaluate delivery & installation performance for Home Appliance and TV products of carrier partners through Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback and drive initiatives to improve customer experience and NPS Score
• Work with our Supply Chain team and Category Managers to improve backorder, EOL, replacement, and order exceptions to pro-actively prevent order issues
• Evaluate and plan forecasts with logistics partners to prepare capacity and ensure on time shipment and delivery
• Track defects and develop full reconciliation of open orders to understand root cause
• Partner with customer service team to understand consumer pain points and work on initiatives to improve customer experience
• Partner with engineering and technical teams to  
• Monitor and take action on exception reporting and understand measurements of KPI’s for lead times, shipping time, backorders, shipping exceptions to track progress towards operational goals for direct eCommerce business and work on initiatives to improve KPI’s

Background & Competencies Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field required.  Masters Degree preferred
• 8 + years relevant experience in eCommerce fulfillment AND/OR supply chain business operations required
• Six Sigma experience AND/OR certification preferred
• Experience with high volume direct to consumer (DTC / B2C) eCommerce fulfillment illustrating process and KPI improvements to scale growth
• Experience driving NPS improvements and final mile delivery with delivery & installation highly preferred
• Home appliance or TV delivery & installation experience is a big differentiator for candidate as well
• Expertise using Excel spreadsheets, Word, Access.  Experience with SAP business systems, or similar sales order management and ecommerce platform software
