Oversee and supervise all aspects of food quality and safety in Central Kitchen and all outlets (local and overseas)

• Ensure compliance with local and overseas regulations related to food safety and quality

• Ensure that SOPs (standard operating procedures) are adhered to

• Ensure food products meet standards set by company

• Develop, implement, review and oversee quality and safety policies and procedures

• Conduct and manage regular inspections and audits of Central Kitchen and all outlets (local and overseas)

• Conduct training and support to employees in Central Kitchen and all outlets (local and overseas) on food safety & quality

• Conduct investigations on customers’ and outlet’s feedback

• Validate that all products were made in compliance with established QA protocol • Monitor and analyze data related to food safety and quality

• Identify areas for improvement

• Develop and implement corrective actions to address any issues of concerns that arise

• Ensure that all activities conform to Food Safety Management System (HACCP/ISO) and AVA/NEA guidelines

• Manage the QA team, provide guidance and support to ensure that all team members are aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives

• Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Chief Quality Assurance Officer from time to time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Finance Business Partner (FBP)
  • Work with the SOCI (Schools, Offices, Centres and Institutes) during the review of the annual budgets.
  • Review processes and procedures and work towards improvements and more streamlining between all parties.
  • Address any finance related queries from SOCI (identified group supported).
• Leadership in managing grant agreement and governance
  • Collaboration with ORe (Office of Research) and Schools in the submission of new grant proposals, including cash flow projections and budget phasing for each grant.
  • Ensure administration of grants complied with terms and conditions of the grant agreements.
  • Work with grant administrators to ensure all grants claims and submission are timely and accurate.
  • Manage the inception of projects and ensure closure of projects in a timely manner.
  • Track and monitor the utilisation of grants and highlight projects that under-utilised budgets.
  • Reconcile claim statement to accounting records.
  • Assist grant administrators on their queries (including troubleshooting of system issues).
  • Liaise with grantors on matters related to grants.
  • Lead review of processes towards more efficient and effective procedures and support in UAT on system enhancements.
  • Any other task relating to individual grant or grantor administration.
• Grant Reporting
  • Responsible for periodic reporting and ad-hoc reports for internal reporting.
  • Supervise the Finance Analyst and collaborate with the other OFIN managers
  • Review and approve necessary journals for month-end closing and audit schedules for internal reporting.
  • Analyse the project's expenditure against budget and explain the variance (if any) for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the submission of claims in grantor-specific portals (e.g. IGMS, vendors@gov.sg, etc)
  • Generate reports for MOE and other external funders.
  • Support project certification and audits (including liaising with auditors and coordinating the audit).
  • Any other task relating to grant reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or a related discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written skills are essential).
• Fast worker with ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work well with people at different levels of the organisation.
• Committed, meticulous, organised and resourceful with positive work attitude.
• Good Microsoft Office application skills.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP; Experience is system set up with working knowledge of grants module, project module and fund module will be added advantage.
• Familiar with BI tools (e.g. Qlik sense, Power BI, Tableau) will be an added advantage.

• Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role 5 years up.
• On hand experience in both tradition and modern Software Development approach.
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards

• Experience in Oracle Retails / Retail / Wholesale business is preferred
• Enterprise Software development experience is mandatory.

Job Description

The incumbent strives to develop a sound understanding of the organisation’s risk profile and critical business functions. Through leveraging this understanding, the incumbent is responsible to assist in improving organisational resilience through 2 main areas: (1) business continuity and crisis management, and (2) enterprise risk management.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain the Crisis Management Plan to ensure it is updated and fit-for-purpose
• Undertake the role of Crisis Co-ordinator to liaise with stakeholders in the support of crisis management, and to ensure readiness of crisis-use PPE and equipment
• Work closely with stakeholders to drive continual improvement of Business Continuity Plans and testing for critical functions
• Partner risk representatives across the organisation to track risk measures and monitor risk indicators for regular reporting
• Promote a culture of risk awareness amongst stakeholders

Qualifications

• Prior experience in enterprise risk management or business continuity management is preferred but not essential, without which, a background in corporate governance, audit, underwriting or any controls related field would be an advantage

Major Duties:

• Heads the Division of Compliance Assistance and supervises the extremely complex statistical and
  analytical work performed by the Divisional staff.
• Provides technical programmatic advice and assistance to federal contractor's local labor affiliates and other stakeholders, thus helping to achieve OFCCP's compliance assistance goals through the medium of effective outreach, training, education, and information sharing, as delineated to the BSA, OFCCP and Regional Strategic Plans.
• Develop compliance assistance materials, requiring the interpretation of complex and difficult regulations, rules and directives and for the preparation of presentations to inform and update the stakeholder community.
• Provides direct recommendations to the Regional Director on the development of the Region's Compliance Assistance Plan and on the development and implementation of the compliance assistance program.
• Oversees the review of Affirmative Action Plans and the analysis of desk audits of those plans, using complex statistical methodologies and calculations.
• Responsible for making recommendations, based on that process, to the Regional Director and Deputy Regional Director as to those Federal contractors who should be subjected to compliance evaluations by virtue of hip statistical indicators.
