We looking for a Senior Manager candidates to filled the role of the Leasing Commercial Manager. The role will required a high skills in stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of the Shopping Centre Retail market. It be responsible to lead the creation and execution of a strategic Offer Development Plan to maximize income for existing and future Meeting Places aligning with the organisation long-term vision and positioning. Additionally, the role will support the effort of securing a suitable tenant mix to increase the asset value of our Meeting Places to ensure their offers are not only relevant to the customer and community needs, but also attractive to our partners. Strategic Development:

• Collaborate with Meeting Places to design to Offer according to their long-term direction and positioning.
• Securing a solid tenant mix to increase MP asset value
• Identify and incorporate latest market trends and insights into leasing strategies to enhance MP attractiveness.

Portfolio Diversification and Asset Value Enhancement:

• Contribute to diversifying the portfolio and increasing attractiveness to partners to enhance MP asset value.
• Evaluate investment opportunities for property improvements, prioritising initiatives based on expected outcomes and strategic objectives.

Collaboration with Meeting Places:

• Develop leasing expertise within MPs to ensure MP are capable to transform the strategy into actionable business plans and short-term actions.
• Responsible to support MP in leasing related questions including negotiations with tenants, monitoring and analysing tenant performance, providing MP with relevant advice on how

The IKEA Food Halal Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of IKEA Food's Halal operations, ensuring compliance with Halal standards and regulations. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, operational execution, and regulatory compliance.

• You will develop and implement halal compliance policies and procedures for all food service outlets in the IKEA stores.
• You will establish HALAL SOP and HALAL ASSURANCE SYSTEM manuals and guidelines.

The Assistant Leasing Manager will, together with the other members of the Ikano Centres Leasing Team, deliver sustainable sales and growth of income for our shopping centres by securing attractive, profitable and sustainable leasing on rentable space and continuously promoting Ikano Centres as a preferred landlord for new and existing tenants.

Your assignment

• Deliver best possible lease deals by reaching or exceeding pre-defined commercial goals through negotiation strategy;
• Contribute and participate in Leasing Strategies, Business Plans, Budget and Rent Rolls setting;
• Follow up Yearly Lease Plan in accordance to assigned brands and implement from negotiation until the execution of tenancy agreement (new and renewal);
• Assist Leasing Category Manager in conducting strategic negotiations with tenants;
