The Opportunity
We are looking for a strategic product marketing leader for Adobe’s Corporate B2B segment, comprised of the world largest enterprises immediately below the Fortune 500 global companies. This leader will be responsible for the business and marketing strategy for this segment across all our DMe offerings. They will be accountable for driving business results in collaboration with multiple Go to Market cross-functional teams, as well as product groups. This is a highly visible position as we are heavily investing into what is a newly defined customer segment with a lot of untapped opportunity, in between our more established enterprise and SMB businesses. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the leading Adobe categories such as creativity, design and documents, exude ownership of the business and be able to deliver tangible results in a matrixed environment.
As we’re building this new business segment, this leader will need to demonstrate a very pragmatic “startup” mentality with a strong bias for short cycle execution, trial and error, and tactical decisiveness. Whilst business strategy is a core part of the role, this leader needs to be prepared to partner very closely with our sales and marketing teams and play a key role in the daily execution.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $161,500 -- $360,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We are seeking an experienced strategy and product marketing leader to join our team and grow the industry leadership of Adobe Experience Manager as a world-class experience and content management solution (CMS).
In this position, you will be defining and leading the go-to-market strategy for emerging product lines within the Adobe Experience Manager portfolio.
You will be a strategic leader on the business, working with multiple cross-functional teams to execute the GTM plans you create. About You
Proven track record in solutions or product marketing or management. Be able to display track record of developing technology/marketing solutions that solve significant business problems with quantifiable outcomes. This person will come from a hybrid product management / product marketing / product strategy / industry background and have developed their skills in either a software technology vendor or represented a leading provider of services or products working with Fortune 2000 firm.

You will manage a team of product marketers to define our 1- to 3-year business strategy, identify new product and audience opportunities, develop annual GTM and marketing plans, and work cross-functionally to drive growth for the business. Define a clear vision for the Photoshop business and the GTM strategy required to win. This includes: Total addressable market, market share, competitive assessment; value proposition, messaging, and positioning; Target audience definition, priorities, and customer needs; Business model and monetization strategy
Lead the annual strategy planning process and delivery of the 3-year growth strategy and business plan; define success metrics, track performance, own the numbers/annual business outcome
Partner closely with product management to define the optimal product strategy; collaborate with partners in Product, Engineering, Design and Marketing to deliver truly amazing customer experiences
Directly manage a team of product marketers
