A minimum of 6+ years of industry experience in product design with a proven track record of success.
Experience (and a love of!) solving complex design and technology problems using systems thinking.
A history of close collaboration with design, product management, software development, and users from ideation through implementation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate a multi-level problem space and strategy behind design decisions to stakeholders of all levels.
Creative and analytical skills to advocate for and support research, synthesize, and communicate insights that encourage design opportunities and product strategy.
Ability to proficiently facilitate brainstorming sessions, cultivate the creative thinking process, build compelling presentation decks or videos, and present concept pitches.
The ability to collaborate and inform open-ended design projects that may be ambiguous or ill-defined in their early stages.
Deep knowledge and experience across a range of design approaches, methodologies, prototyping, and wireframing.

The Opportunity
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) enables businesses to deliver the right experience at the right time to their customers. The Interactive Segmentation Service is one of the key AEP services, providing the ability to define customer segments and generate target audiences based on real-time customer profiles. Customer segment definitions are sophisticated queries over profile and event data capturing specific attributes or behaviors shared by a subset of users. With the need to perform trillions of audience segment evaluations per day, scalability and efficiency are paramount in segment evaluation. What you'll Do
Collaborate with a team of engineers & product managers in building a cutting edge features on the data and exposing foundational REST APIs and SDKs
Develop and implement techniques for large scale distributed data management across data lake and warehouse style environments
Develop and implement sketch based algorithms on the data
Explore tradeoffs across various data management techniques
Deploy production services and iteratively improve them based on customer feedback
Follow Agile methodologies using industry leading CI/CD pipelines
Participate in architecture, design & code reviews
What you need to succeed
B.S. in Computer Science or a related field is required
M.S. in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience is preferred
Practical experience at scale in distributed systems or databases
Knowledge and experience in data lakes, data warehouses or Spark is preferred
Knowledge and experience in Cloud based storage technologies like ADLS, S3, CosmosDB, Dynamo
Strong programming skills with extensive experience in Java or Scala
Excellent communication skills
Experience collaborating across teams is preferred
Adaptable to evolving priorities, accepting challenges outside one's comfort zone, learning new technologies, and delivering viable solutions within defined time boundaries.

As a Computer Scientist/Engineer on the Fraud Team, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing an innovative strategy utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM), and Multi-Agent Systems to combat a variety of fraudulent activities. These activities include bot attacks, account takeover (ATO) incidents, phishing schemes, theft, and product misuse.

Are you passionate about defining new ways to use GenAI for content creation? The GenStudio design team seeks a Staff Designer to help us harness the power of creation, marketing, and analytics tools through developing new GenAI powered workflows. As an integral member of this team, you will push the boundaries of what’s possible today while keeping a keen focus on enterprise customers, our strategic business priorities, and the changing landscape of GenAI driven marketing.
In this role, you will support defining the core experiences of GenStudio and how the application interacts with the rest of Adobe. On this fast moving team, you’ll drive forward through rapid exploration, feedback, and iterations focused on product goals.
