Introduction Month
During your first month you will have extensive onboarding enablement in a Salesforce-like academy, where you will:
First Rotation (3 Month rotation)
During this Graduate Program you will have the opportunity to experience the Sales Graduate Path and the Solution Engineering Graduate Path. The structure for both are similar, for both you will spend 60% of your time immersed in the role, you will have clear tasks, clear targets and you will align with key stakeholders and the other 40% of your time will be spent on role specific learning. You will be paired with mentors/buddys with experience in the path.
Second Rotation ( 3 Month Rotation)
If during your first rotation you completed the Solution Engineering Graduate Rotation, then you will join the Sales Graduate Rotation from month 5 through to 7 and vice versa.
Third Rotation ( 3 Month Rotation)
Having completed both paths for your 3rd Rotation you can state your preference for your final 3 months.
At the end of each rotation there will be a required certification to test your skills and business acumen.
Once successful during the certification process you will then be eligible to panel for promotion.
