1. Completed the WSQ Module, Unless exempted by the Licensing Officer, be certified competent in all of the following WSQ modules and obtain a Diploma in Security.
i. Manage Security Agency within Legal Framework;
ii. Manage Security Operations; and
iii. Manage Security Emergencies.
iv. Capability Development (Achieve Work Effectiveness in Security Environment)
v. Conflict Resolution Management (Manage and Resolve Conflict in Security Environment)
vi. Performance Management (Manage Performance of Security Personnel)
vii. Manpower Planning (Manage Recruitment and Selection of Security Personnel)
2. Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in security-related work or business holding a management position.
3. Minimum 2 years of Experience in preparing, handling and completing Security Agencies Competencies Evaluation.
4. Manage the recruitment and selection process
5. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
6. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
7. Provided high-level administrative support and managed organizational policies and procedures.
8. Prepare reports on HR metrics and trends for management review.
9. Oversee administrative functions such as facilities management, office supplies, and vendor contracts.
10. Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
11. Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standard.
12. Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
13. Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
