Responsibilities:

• Performing administrative duties, data entry and conflict searches for new clients/matters
• Analysing conflict search reports, maintaining compliance documentation, and updating information

Requirements:

• Polytechnic Diploma or GCE ‘A’ levels
• At least 1 year’s work experience in a law firm or an in-house legal department is preferred
• Experience in litigation work is an advantage
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
