Infrastructure Management

•Drive infra project life cycle – Server provisioning to Cutover.

•Work with infra and app teams on requirement gathering to implementation.

•Review and analyze infrastructure architecture and identify the gaps.

•Perform RHEL OS patching and other administration tasks for cloud projects

•Guide app team to troubleshoot infra related issues.

•Be the SME for Linux administration and automation.

Operation & Process:

•Prepares technical project plans for new initiatives in BAU

•Collaborates with Application teams and other infra teams to develop technical solutions and enhancements.

•Drive the on boarding of new applications on to the production environment.

Maintain Security:

•In accordance with Bank’s security directives, assists to deploy, maintain, and enhance the security of all infrastructure systems

through administrative, preventive, detective, and reactive controls, such as change and configuration management, anti-virus measures, patch management, and system scans.

Requirements

•At least 4-7 years of relevant Infrastructure support and OS administration

•Minimum 3 years hands-on working experience managing production application support

•Knowledge in MQ, Elastic Search, AWS would be preferred

•Hands-on experience in RHEL 6/7 OS patching, administration and shell scripting.

1) Implement and maintain highly resilient, highly available data engineering, monitoring and analytics application clusters. Perform production support for the platform

2) Setup the server infrastructure as per design. Ensure implementation meets bank’s security standards and industry’s security standards

3) Perform continuous improvement for the platform covering areas such as: capacity planning, observability, monitoring, reliability, and resiliency

4) Design and develop data engineering pipelines

5) Automate repetitive tasks, optimize processes and perform thorough testing to ensure quality

6) Create and maintain software documentation for the platform

7) Perform application maintenance, patching and upgrades

8) Develop simple dashboard applications

Functional / Technical Competencies:

SRE Engineer - Identity and Access management Production Support

- Min 5+ years of experience in relevant skill sets.

- Experience in banking or financial services institutions

- Experience in Production Support of Identity and Access management solutions like ForgeRock.

- Sound understanding of Access Management , Identity Governance , Directory Services, Identity Provisioning and Identity Management.

- Must have knowledge on LDAP, Federation, ADFS, SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, Passwordless Authentication, MFA , SingleSignOn, Crypto Algortihms.

- Experience in Unix platforms like Red hat Linux , application servers like Jboss servers and Database like MariaDB/MySQL

- Experience in deploying and maintain web contents in web servers using JavaScript, CSS , HTML5

- Able to design and make enhancements to existing services, REST APIs, integration with other systems using Java (spring, JPA frameworks)

- Experience in creating , maintain CI/CD pipeline, manage deployment and security scan using tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins , JIRA, SonarQube, Jfrog etc.

- Good knowledge of Infrastructure, Security, Network and Application architecture is a plus.
