Our client is seeking a talented and dedicated Admin Executive / Office Manager to join their team and play a crucial role by supporting the Head of Department and ensure the smooth operation of their leadership office by providing full spectrum of secreterial and administration support.

Job Responsibilites:

• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the Head of Department
• Participates in the development and implementation of secretarial standards, policies and practices
• Assist in the preparation of business reports, presentations, materials, collating of data andconsolidating of reports
• Organize department events, meetings, town halls and provide administrative support
• Engage project and organisational stakeholders and keep them up to date and arrange updates to be provided at various forums
• Assist in the recruitment for Department

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years working experience in corporate /executive office,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Excellent verbal and communication skills

What Will You Do:

• To secure new customers, maintain and develop new revenue streams from existing accounts.
• To be responsible in New Business Development (Hunter) 60 % and Current Account Sales Management (40%).
• To deliver volume and revenue targets for the Freight Forwarder sales channels.
• To execute the cross-trade business of other countries related to Singapore business.
• To support the network/agent business in response to shipment arrangement and information.
• To solve client’s logistical issues.
• To achieve and monitor customers KPIs & initiatives.
• To issue quotations, prepare RFQ, tender Bid, reviewing rates, etc.
• To prepare SOP, Operation T&C and get approval from relevant stakeholders before submitting to customer.
• To maintain good relationships with carriers and co-loaders.
• To hit and exceed set Sales Targets.
• To maintain records of customer details, sales visits or sales progress.
• To follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
• To work closely with Customer Service and Operations on the execution of customer's quotation.
• To prepare Weekly Sales Progress Report to Management (updates on pipelines, target, budgeting achievement)
• To report to Managing Director and Sales Manager on current market information regularly

What Do You Need:

• Must have a Diploma/ Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing related to Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
• Must have experience in Freight Forwarding.
• At least 5 years Sales experience in 3rd Party Logistics & distribution and / or Freight forwarding / or Warehousing.
• Must have experience in hunting and developing new sales opportunities or having the experience in Key Account Management.
• Great knowledge in MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) for sales presentation and proposal for target client.
• Good in Sales Pitch and Negotiation Skills.
• Excellent Customer Service & Team Player.
