• Monitor constantly Store Capacity vs Stock on hand. Actively collecting data from stores and keeping updated the capacity data for all SAP stores.
• Check the Target stock level vs OH for all SKUs and all stores constantly, to make sure that TSL is in line with latest sales performances.
• Define allocation strategies in order to always ensure optimized inventory in store, changing the weeks of coverage and the depth of each SKU, accordingly to events/renovations/changes happening in store.

• Provide Inventory Visibility to Retail, Merchandising & VM Team*:
• Support Merchandising team in keeping a "right sized" assortment. To quickly identify the "low performing" styles, and the changes to be made to the current assortment to optimize the inventory.
• Store Visits: Get feedback from stores on stock level and evaluate potential TSL adjustments when needed.
• Give stock visibility to stores (give suggestions on what to push/highlight high & low stock situations/stock shortage & alternatives/deliveries) ‎
