Role Summary

• Provide financial counseling to patients and third parties, offering guidance on billing, insurance coverage, and payment options to ensure clarity and understanding.
• Administer patient admissions and discharges, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the process.
• Manage billing processes, including the submission of Mediclaim claims and collection of deposits, maintaining accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.
• Address customer inquiries regarding bills promptly and effectively, providing clarification and resolving any issues or discrepancies to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate administrative duties as assigned, collaborating with various stakeholders to streamline business office operations and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of healthcare billing and administrative processes.
