Job Responsibility:
This role is primarily responsible for supervising the group HR function and administration of corporate office space. The responsibility includes all aspect of HR role, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
Job Accountability:
HR
- Maintain formal records of staff employment for the Group, in line with regulations, good HR practices and as required for Group process.
- Implement recruitment of permanent and temporary staff for all departments in alignment with department head requirements. This includes all activities related to recruitment.
- Carry out application of permits and their maintenance with Govt bodies as required.
- Manage/administer the monthly leave records, employee benefits and any related process.
- Support the running of monthly payroll.
- Maintain the HR handbook.
Office Admin
- Manage the day-to-day office admin, including cleaning, pantry stocking, stationary, etc
- Support the leasing process for office/warehouse space and maintain all related records.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance works of office space.
- Manage the monthly billing of office leased telecoms, transportation, and other service including insurance where required.
- Support the processing of management team claims.
Teamwork
- Supervise the team members in admin department, including providing guidance and mentoring when required.
Miscellaneous
Support projects as and when required by management.
Educational/Skills Qualification:
- Diploma or Degree in HR
- 2-3 years’ work experience in HR or similar role. Experience payroll is advantageous.
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in MS office and other productivity software. Experience with HR software is advantageous.
