• Cooperate with sales team and warehouse to issue invoice when delivering

• Support with external procurement process

• Assist in Service Management and Quality Management activities on BU and Department level.
• Coordinating within different departments under the BU to ensure various process tasks are handled on time.
• Scheduling, conducting, and participating in monthly QM and SM meetings and taking meeting minutes.
• Follow-up with the respective service teams to update the required information in the OPL within the due date.
• Generate the relevant reports on BU and department level.
• Generate additional reports if requested by PSO.

• Support manager to do data collection and analysis that covers all transport modes or countries
• Support manager to prepare slides with given content and instructions
• Support department meeting arrangement and log meeting minutes as well as follow up of OPLs with team members
• Support team building activities and workshop arrangement
• Support other auxiliary tasks for the manager, for example, expense claim, visa related document preparation etc...

• Build relationships with key employees among customers
• Support solution deployment at customers
• Train customers on the solution and products releases
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Apply maintenance and calibration processes for sensors and equipment
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Create plans to address customers' needs
• Advise clients on creating profitable processes
• Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers' needs

• Monitoring Engineer to Order (ETO) part list: conversion from PR to PO, status/delivery date, and component readiness at warehouse for assembly purpose (collaborating with Logistic Department).
• Maintaining ETO documentation completeness together with the ETO team.
• Provide weekly report on ETO progress (status, cost and progress)
• Supporting engineering team in project
• Supporting Palm Oil Project team for documentation and scheduling
• Supporting Palm Oil Project team for quality check (design and function check, also documented quality checklist)
