Hope Green is located on the edge of the village of Poynton and is conveniently located close to junction 1 of the M60 motorway. Local shops, library, hairdressers, surgery, pharmacy and public house are all within walking distance. Hope Green Residential Home was originally built in the late 18th century and has been used as a care home since 1990. The home has been extended and refurbished to provide accommodation for 52 residents in luxury surroundings. All rooms are fully carpeted and decorated to a high standard and have a nurse call system, fire detection and bedroom furniture. Carers encourage residents to bring small items of furniture to personalise their room. Hope Green now boasts three lounge areas, three dining rooms, a hairdressing salon and full assisted bathrooms. Residents can enjoy the well maintained garden with its large secluded patio and separate sun lounge. Within the extension, residents can enjoy the garden with bi-folding doors, bringing the outside in. Parking is available for up to 25 cars.

Situated in the centre of the historic town of Falkirk, Thorntree Mews is a 40 bedded care home which offers specialist nursing, residential and dementia care. The home can also provide long and short term respite stays as and when availability allows. The care manager has over 28 years of experience in the healthcare profession and has been the manager at Thorntree Mews for 13 years. The experienced care team at take care of the varied healthcare needs of residents, from specialist support to general assistance with everyday living, while respecting their need for an independent and dignified lifestyle. The home has retained some of the building’s original features including stained glass windows, high ceilings and grand fireplaces which adds to the impressive feel of the home. Owners Countrywide Care Homes have recently invested in updating and refurbishing the home’s facilities and modernising décor throughout. Facilities include spacious lounges and quiet rooms on each floor, an on-site hair salon and a conservatory overlooking the outdoor patio area. Kents Hill is an established purpose-built care home offering elderly residential, nursing and dementia care. A professional team has furnished the Home to an exceptionally high standard, providing elegance and comfort. The “home from home†feel at Kents Hill is created by the dedicated staff who have been selected not only for their professional ability but also for their commitment to truly making a difference for the people in their care. Resident’s rooms are spacious and feature en suite facilities. The communal areas are at the centre of what makes Kents Hill a real community whether it be at mealtimes or when enjoying activities. There are no fixed visiting hours so friends and family can come and see residents at any time. Activities and day trips are an integral part of the resident’s well being. The activities coordinators encourage and help residents continue with existing interests and also introduce new hobbies. The minibus is used frequently to take residents on day trips near and a little further from the Home. The trips are very popular and recently, days out to Woburn Safari Park, Middleton Hall, Frosts Garden Centre, Stoke Goldington Small Gauge Railway and Linslade Canal have been greatly enjoyed. The dining experience at Kents Hill boasts fine home cooking by a professional Chef who has created a menu alongside the residents to reflect the interests and tastes of all. Respite care at Kents Hill is very popular and enables those wishing to experience what the Home has to offer before making a full commitment. n October 2015, 15 brand new luxury suites opened along with a new lounge, library, salon and bistro all adding to the style and comfort the home offers and in 2018 a refurbishment of the communal areas and one side of the nursing suite took place.

Buckingham House is a purpose-built Care Home providing caregiving for nursing, residential and dementia residents by well-trained and well-led carers and nurses. The home facilitates 24-hour personalised care whilst supporting people to have their independence and dignity. The home boasts a number of lounges, two dining area, two cafes, a library and hair dressing salon, as well as beautifully landscaped gardens and patio areas. Each room is en-suite and decorated to a hotel standard, whilst each floor has a modern equipped bathroom facility. The head chef who won MMCG Masterchef of the year, has developed a seasonal menu to suit all palettes, and promote choice. She meets with the people living at the home to hear their requirements and this is reflected in her menu. Looking at ways to engage with the people that live at the home in a meaningful way is important to the activities coordinator. The people living at the home are invited to participate in clubs such as gardening, baking, maintenance facilitated by the staff of the home. She also has engaged with the community having local Zumba, Tai Chi, Music for therapy companies attend the home. Once your loved one is at the home we operate a “home from home†feel allowing you to visit the home at any time and offer the opportunities for you to join in any events or meals. Our care plans are also structured and reviewed regularly using information provided by family, friends and medical professionals to ensure a meaning quality of life.

White Rose Lodge Care Home is a wonderful home offering residential, respite and day services in a beautiful seaside location. All the bedrooms are decorated to the individual’s choice and all rooms have en-suite facilities, several of which benefit from having their own patio area with the majority having sea views. The home encourages their residents to bring with them ornaments, photos and small items of furniture to personalise their room. White Rose Lodge has a large open plan dining room leading onto a small conservatory, a library with stunning views across Bridlington, a bar area, lounge and an on-site hairdressing salon. A summer house is located in picturesque gardens offering fantastic seaside views and is very popular with residents, families and friends for socialising in the summer months. At White Rose Lodge, they encourage residents to maintain their independence making decisions on their day-to-day lives. The home regularly has meetings for residents to decide on the type of activities they would like to see in the home, sharing ideas on preferred locations for trips out. White Rose Lodge also hold regular coffee mornings and events to which the local community are always welcome. Residents at White Rose Lodge are the main inspiration behind their dining experience. They cook following recipes that they choose every Wednesday. When residents sit down to enjoy the food they have chosen they are treated to a restaurant experience including our three course meals and a weekly special.

The Belvedere is situated in Alderley Edge, Cheshire and specialises in nursing dementia care for up to 41 residents. The Home three storey purpose built home opened in June 2009 with the comfort of each resident in mind. Belvedere has a lounge on each floor, including a dining room with kitchen facilities, comfortable seating and opulent decor. There are also two snoozlem areas and a secure garden. The Belvedere works closely with its neighbour, Cavendish Court who have the same owners, which allows both homes to maintain a flexible service in relation to individual needs and contact with numerous health experts. All residents receive their own care packages in order to ensure they receive the health, attention and dietary requirements that health professionals indicate will improve their well-being.

Croft House Care Home is part of the Countrywide Care Homes Group - one of the UK's leading care home providers. The home is located in Ossett and specialises in the provision of nursing, residential dementia and nursing dementia care for 66 residents.
