To ensure the accurate and efficient receipt, storage, retrieval pick & pack, and maintenance of all goods and inventory within the warehouse operations.
Update transactions and carry out cycle-count according to schedule
Oversee inventory accounts in the store or stock room
Continuously review, establish, and monitor work flow and productivity as well as identify and recommend improvements on the stock inventory system
Provide direction to staff members and oversee the receipt of goods and communication of receiving and outgoing activities to the management
Be prepared to be assigned to any other assignments relative to the position within the organisation.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Operations/Logistics Management, or any Business related course.
Preferably with experience in manufacturing and retail industry.
Familiar with warehousing duties and use of warehouse management systems
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Prefer applicant to specialize in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
