- Stay abreast of IT industry-specific trends and landscapes.
- Convey value propositions convincingly through presentations and proposals.
- Monitor factors influencing account strategies and tactical budgets.
- Analyse and address intricate business challenges, proposing alternative solutions as needed.
- Identify and mitigate issues and risks, serving as a point of escalation within the account.
- Supervise and oversee account-level risk and budget, managing costs to optimize revenue and
- margin.
- Assess and manage the risk and impact of change requests, facilitating negotiation of service
- request variations.
Requirements:
- Possesses a minimum of 12 years of experience in IT Services (excluding IT Infrastructure
- services, hardware, or product licenses) in Singapore, with over 8 years in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience handling substantial deals and large clients, up to $15 million USD.
- Background in working for major IT Services firms.
- Demonstrates extensive business acumen and deep knowledge of the IT industry, leveraging this
- expertise to foster client relationships.
- Proven track record of engaging and building relationships with CXO-level client contacts.
- Demonstrates the ability to lead the sales process from initiation to closure.
- Articulates the unique aspects of services and products effectively.
- Proficient in developing client-focused, differentiated, and attainable solutions.
- Understanding of how to position services in comparison to competitors.
