• Conducting professional financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers to understand and address their financial needs and objectives.
• Building and strengthening customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products.
• Collaborating with the branch manager/PTL to develop monthly plans for achieving or exceeding sales targets to meet new business and customer acquisition goals. 
• Participating in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition. 
• Sourcing and contacting individual prospects. 
• Providing high-quality and efficient after-sales services. 
• Managing client retention and preventing attrition. 
• Organizing and conducting sales presentations to various groups, clubs, associations, companies, and organizations. 
• Seeking referrals from other departments within the bank (e.g. RMs from C&I, staff, etc). 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant experience in sales/acquisition/account management is a plus. 
• Degree holder. 
• CFMAS certified. 
• Able to articulate and hold a professional corporate presentation to key stakeholders of all levels.

The incumbent is responsible for managing both front and back-end store operations to ensure smooth operations. He/ she is expected to:

• Manage budgets, maximise profitability and set/ meet sales targets
• Analyse and interpret trends to facilitate planning
• Lead and motivate team to achieve organization goals
• Manage customers complaints, compliments and feedback
• Manage stock inventory and stock control
• Plan and manage promotional spaces and activities
• Recruit, train, supervise and appraise staff
• Plan and perform biannual stocktake for the store
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health and safety are met as well as compliance with various government legislation (NEA, AVA, SCDF etc.)
• Continuously review and enhance existing store operations and processes to improve business
• Involve in projects such as planning for new store opening and renovation works for existing stores

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline with relevant work experience in service/ retail industry
• Great passion for the service / retail industry
• Good in project management
• IT savvy - good in Pivot Table, vlookup and analytical skills
• Highly customer-oriented, motivated, meticulous and results oriented
• Resourceful and problem solver with effective leadership skills and ability to motivate others
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to plan, prioritise workload and delegate accordingly
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Team players with ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders etc.
