About your new role
Working as part of the City's Transformation, as a Business Analyst you will define organisational problems, investigate and gather information, and deliver recommendations for the successful delivery of organisational change through data led initiatives.
You will gather, elicit and lead refinement for business processes/ systems, working collaboratively with team members on the design of solutions. You'll be a liaison between organisational teams, ensuring business outcomes are clearly understood by the functional owners, key stakeholders and the Project. Business Improvement and Change Management Teams.

We're looking for people who have:

Business Process Model and Notation 2.0 (BPMN 2.0) accredited or similar
2 years' experience
