Monitor Care Director for Adult Safeguarding, then print, record and pass to managers for action. Monitor the teams generic mail in-box for Safeguarding and Contracts, actioning or re-directing as required. Assist with the induction and training of new staff (including temporary and agency workers) Prepare, copy and circulate papers and minutes as requested by staff and managers. Comply with the Data Protection Act and the Council and Trusts Confidentiality policies at all times. Ensure cabinets, desk and rooms are locked at the end of the working day.
