The XD Producer is an integral role bridging the gap between design, development, management, and members. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our user experience initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, the XD Producer is responsible for some light administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the UX team.

Role Overview:

As a XD Producer, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining project timelines, facilitating kickoffs, workshops, internal reviews, and client meetings. Project Management:

This role is part of our Customer and Industry Workflows product organization. Our industry products for the TMT industry have been growing rapidly. This is an opportunity to lead the charge for a market transformational category within a best of breed, enterprise SaaS company.

As a Director, Outbound Product Management, TMT Industry this role will play a critical role in leading our enablement efforts for customers and partners, pricing and packaging of new products and serving as the eyes and ears of the products in the market. At ServiceNow, Outbound Product Managers collaborate closely with multiple teams (e.g. engineering. marketing, sales, solution consulting, risk, sales operations etc) so this role will have a seat at every table.

• Own GTM, sales, solution consulting and partner enablement for our TMT industry products
• Lead pricing and packaging efforts in close coordination with other BU stakeholders and corporate pricing to optimize market penetration for new products
• Support Sales in hitting targets via high-value engagement in sales cycles, building high-trust relationships with customers, partners, etc.
• Drive significant thought leadership in the market leveraging conferences, analysts, PR, AR etc
• Drive key technology partnerships / alliances in service of executing product roadmap
• Serve as a conduit for customers to share their feedback on our products by running both customer and partner product advisory councils.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, we are after someone with

• A minimum 10 years in a customer-facing role in Product Management, Product Marketing, Solution Consulting, Product Delivery, or similar role.
• Knowledge / experience in the TMT industry domain is a “must have”. Knowledge and experience in service management, lead to cash and network management is a “highly desirable”.
• Extreme sense of ownership – own the problem, the process, and the outcome. Some things may need “driving by influence”, others may need executing yourself in a hands-on manner, and yet others will need delegation.
• Strong bias towards action, and a sense of urgency to “win” in the market
• Excellent people and presentation skills to engage with all levels of customers, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and partners.

Job Purpose

This position will look after Transaction Banking Cash Product mainly for internet banking, including payments, FX booking and production support.

This role involves daily cooperation with Tokyo Head Office and system analysts in Japan.

Responsibility of this position also include to leading the team to support these things and educate junior staffs to be able to support independently.

Job Responsibilities

This is a regional cash product development role with the following responsibilities and expected experience:

• To implement solutions for corporate internet banking channel, including regulatory compliance, payments and collection capabilities, strategic initiatives to improve customer experience across all APAC countries.
• To manage the entire product line life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities
• To handle internet banking projects, including regulatory projects in APAC will be required.
• To roll out the implementation of real time FX rate booking solution to APAC branches, including integration between internet banking and Treasury FX systems. Domain knowledge of FX rates, execution and workflows, including technical interfaces such as XML, API/SOAP, HULFT will be required.
• To support product positioning and customer demand and guide product development.
• To provide day-to-day production support which includes answering user queries, monitoring applications, reviewing and planning of system changes and server upgrades.
• To provide support system release on weekends, including user testing and production verification test.
• To evaluate product functionalities and performance and propose enhancement to products based on market/customer feedback
• To work closely with Tokyo Head Office including daily discussion with system analysts and product managers in Japan
• To lead in resolving issues across departments and to mentor the junior team members

Job Requirement

• University graduate with degree related to IT/Computer Science or Business or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience in cash management or transaction banking, including regulatory projects and FX booking system.
• Strong working knowledge of technical interfaces such as XML, API/SOAP, HULFT
• Experience with working in Japanese bank and Host-to-Host solution will be advantageous
• Proficient in Japanese (spoken and written) is advantages as the role requires for daily communication with stakeholders in Japan and discussion will be conducted in Japanese
• Well versed in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, etc.
