Role

• Conceptualise and deliver virtual, blended and classroom learning interventions (e.g. develop learning resources/materials and monitor/evaluate impact of learning interventions etc.)

The Training Facilitator will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training sessions to employees, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and materials. They will also assess training needs, develop curriculum, and provide ongoing support and guidance to individuals and teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for learning and development, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Location: Novena

Working hour: Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6.00pm

Salary up to $4,800

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate training both in-person and virtually to appointed public officers in the form of hands-on simulated exercises with election equipment in groups, scenario discussions and mass briefings
• Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions that promote active learning and skill development
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant registration
• Provide individual coaching and feedback to employees to support their professional development

Requirements:

• Background in training/teaching or equivalent. ACTA/ACLP/DACE qualification may be considered.
• Proven experience as a Training Facilitator or similar role
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Agility in internalising new training content and delivering different trainings back-to-back within a compressed timeframe
