We are looking for an Enthusiastic, Energetic Admin Support Executive who thrives in a fast paced startup environment.
Job Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with operations team regarding customers' requests
· Perform daily data update into operations system
· Prepare invoices and setup billing & payments
· Manage customer information database
· Prepare presentations and documents (including e-filing)
· Handle other ad-hoc admin & support duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 1-year relevant working experience, including in admin, accounts executive roles
· Proactive Fast learner with a tremendously positive attitude
· Dedicated, detail-oriented and efficient
· Adaptable and Able to work with minimal supervision
· Patient listener with excellent communication skills
· A flair in using new software will be added advantage
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
