As Junior Technical Support Advisor you will work closely with our app partners during their development phase with our API, guiding them through the most effective and efficient method based upon their individual product needs. In addition, you will be assisting our schools with any technical support challenges that arise in relation to the various apps that integrate via our platform as well as helping connect their integrations.
You will be working with a growing team of technical support and integrations specialists across a number of projects from individual schools through to state-wide education department rollouts.

About the team
The health sector Technical Advisory team within BNC delivers projects and services ranging in scale and complexity through the technical disciplines of programme and project management, engineering, infrastructure finance, management consulting, advisory services, digital consulting, and healthcare management.
Mott MacDonald has a dedicated health sector team and is expecting significant growth in visible pipeline and our resulting market share in the coming years and is targeting health opportunities across the UK. To achieve this growth, we need to continue to attract and develop the best talent in the industry, diverse minds and those able to see solutions which are best for our clients and communities.
The team are already commissioned to work on the New Hospital Programme for DHSC, and a number of large NHS trusts. The team are also currently advising NHS E & I on a range of estate wide issues.
