Job Respinsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, systems, tactics and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and/ or other issues.
- Administering benefits, compensation and performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
- To handle all disciplinary & IR issues/disputes, including investigation, disciplinary action, suspension and termination of employment.
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing for the Group, maintain accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage the recruitment & selection process by identifying candidates, conduct interviews and issuance of HR related letters.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Other ad hoc human resource and administration task may be added from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management related discipline.
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Possess a high level of integrity with good leadership, consultative and negotiation skills
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
- Good understanding of related statutory legislation includes Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and Industrial Relations
- Good interpersonal skills and resourceful in problem solving with the ability to work independently.
- Familiar with KPI setting, monitoring and review
- Meticulous and have a keen eye for details to ensure high-quality work output.
