• To perform verification with cardholder upon Real Time Transaction Monitoring to mitigate fraud risk and preserve the organization and customer interest.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team and oversee the day-to-day shift allocation for external staff, ensuring timely and efficient matching of staff to client requirements. The successful candidate will utilize Sandwai | Home and Disability Care Software for staff allocation and bookings, maintain communication with nurses and clients, and address any complaints or concerns promptly. Qualifications:

AML/CFT 

• Supports in establishing and maintaining AML/CFT standards, policies & procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and assists the Manager in the implementation of program for AML/CFT.
