The Senior Talent Development Specialist specializing in Belonging and Inclusion at OU Health will be critical in creating a workplace culture where all employees feel seen and valued. Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Development and Organizational Effectiveness, the successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to implement and drive comprehensive programs, provide training and education, lead belonging networks, and promote belonging and inclusion in the community.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Diversity Studies, or related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Proven experience (minimum of 7 years) in belonging and inclusion, Talent Development, Human Resources, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving cultural change and implementing Belonging and Inclusion Principles.
Licensure/Certifications/Registrations Preferred: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP),

This role is responsible for developing, facilitating, and deploying organizational effectiveness initiatives (non-clinical) that drive organizational and performance excellence. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, project management expertise, a continuous improvement mindset, and strong data analytic capabilities.
