7. Provides staff operational / clerical support to the department / facility as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge of basic computer hardware (pc, mouse, monitor, keyboard).

Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.

Self-motivated and directed with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

About Our Job

The Coordinated Case Management Intern will work in close coordination with the Program Coordinator of Intervention Services and the Outreach Team to serve gang-involved clients and their families as they navigate various systems to access resources and services.

Health Systems for TB (HS4TB) is a five-year USAID-supported global project led by Management Sciences for Health (MSH) that supports achievement of TB outcomes through health systems strengthening approaches. Responsibilities:

The main responsibility of this role involves collating, editing, and enhancing knowledge products, policy briefs, case studies, process documents, tools and job aides, PowerPoint presentations, and quarterly/annual reports produced by the project. Working in close collaboration with both the MSH India and US based teams, the technical writer intern will engage with various team members to gather insights and synthesize information as needed. The role also requires organizing and maintaining a repository of knowledge resources that can be easily accessed by team members and external stakeholders.

We are a Primary Care office in Holland who provides Internal Medicine and Family Medicine to the community. The office is comprised of 15 providers. We are a busy office, and no two days are ever the same. The patients really appreciate the fact that the office is in an integrated care campus. The patient can see their specialist, get bloodwork done and imaging, all while seeing their Primary Care Provider in one building!
