Responsibilities:
Involves being the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The receptionist answers phone calls, assists with walk-in or email inquiries, and receives visitors/guests.
The receptionist is responsible for handling incoming mail and faxes within the office. Franking postal mails and dispatch franked mails to the nearest Post Box, send registered mails to the Singapore Post Office as required.
Receiving and signing documents/parcels from courier companies and engaging courier services online to assist staff to send out their letters/documents
Distribution of daily newspapers, also scan outgoing letters for information and filing purposes.
Monitors the usage of meeting rooms in the office. And ensure rooms are scheduled appropriately and may assist in setting up.
Drafting and broadcasting of electronic distribution mailers and/ or communications messages to all staff.
Performs temperature screening of visitors and records their personal particulars when required.
Other administrative duties: The receptionist may be assigned additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Possess ‘O’ level and higher education cert or any other professional or equivalent certificate.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience
Possess high level of commitment and responsibility.
