Your role:
Leading medium to large size programs within the new product development portfolio supporting execution of the Peripheral Vascular Business strategic plan.

You have strong organizational skills with a proven ability to lead and influence teams comprised of both technical and commercial resources. The ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) across all levels of the organization is required.
Additional skills include planning and schedule management, project risk management, stakeholder management, problem solving, conflict management, and decision making. Working understanding of schedule variance and Daily Management are a plus.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $116,000 to $199,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Position Summary:
The Clinic to End Tech Abuse (CETA) at Cornell Tech is seeking a part-time case manager (10-15 hours per week). The case manager will provide direct services to survivors of technology-facilitated intimate partner violence (IPV) and coordinate with partner agencies and CETA staff and volunteers. The ideal candidate will possess several years of experience delivering case management services for IPV survivors using client-centered and trauma-informed approaches, including safety planning and advocacy. Full training on technology-facilitated abuse and tech safety will be provided.
Key responsibilities include:
Conduct intake and screening calls to assess clients’ needs (3-5 hrs/week)
Conduct appointments with clients to assist with technology-facilitated abuse (3-7 hrs/week)
Coordinate case management with CETA staff, volunteers, partner agencies (1-3 hrs/week)
Maintain digital records of services provided to clients
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably with survivors of intimate partner violence.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with advocacy for domestic violence, intimate partner violence, or related
Ability to work with a wide range of professionals, including information technology professionals, volunteers, and IPV advocates (social workers, case managers, etc.)

Assist the project manager, lead the team to complete the project manager's work objectives and progress. Assist Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) and receive the rebar sent to the site. Record the necessary data.
Core Responsibilities 1. Attend daily toolbox meeting and workers briefing at 7:30 a.m.
2. Assist BBS to receive reinforcement materials sent to the site
3. Familiar with architectural drawings and structural drawings
4. Communicate and implement project manager's objectives to ensure work progress, quality and safety meet customer requirements.
5. Teach and personally demonstrate how to erect stirrups, install and bind rebar.
6. Check the size, quantity and spacing of steel bars. Ensure the quality of completed rebars meets the requirements of consultant's Specification and PE Design Requirements.
7. Following RE or RTO on site to carry out the inspection and rectification the defect, then hand over to the concrete supervisor for concrete casting.
8. Achieve efficiency targets set by the company and site Project Manager.
9. Report daily progress, quality, safety and efficiency to the project manager before the end of work.
Job Specifications 1. Passed the test of steel bar skills of BCA. Qualified BCSS certificate.
2. Able to read/understand/execute work based on construction drawings, Basic drawing recognition skills, able to read the material list and drawings of BBS.
3. Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
4. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
