• Providing technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians and other staff members as needed.
• Documenting maintenance activities, equipment records, and inspection reports for record-keeping and analysis purposes.
• Participating in emergency response procedures and addressing electrical-related emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborating with departmental leaders to develop and implement strategies for optimizing maintenance operations and achieving organizational goals.
