In this role, you’re expected to:

• Provide prompt advice to regional branches to ensure smooth operations and service delivery

• Manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events
• Work proactively with the respective operations team to investigate and resolve exceptions or clients’ queries

• Perform routine checks to ensure strict adherence to procedures and controls established within the unit and department

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Serve as primary support to day-to-day shipment related activities for both customer success team and customers
• Work hand-in-hand with customer success teams to retain new and existing customers with unparalleled customer experience
• Manage order uploading with accurate information and required documents for internal and external parties usage
• Provide timely notification and follow up on shipment status to internal and external parties
• Ability to work efficiently on spreadsheets to provide customer success team with administrative and data support

• Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail & Google Sheets) or Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Meticulous to data and administrative details in order to minimize errors.
• Adept multi-tasker with the ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks
• Ability to manage multiple internal and external parties
• Shift work including nights and weekends depending on flight and customer’s schedule

• Mainly serve as Business Analyst for client change requests in requirements gathering, impact assessment and proposed solution.

• Review ageing change items to ensure no overdue implementation on ongoing change requests

• Monitor work activities to ensure timely updates provided on ongoing change requests

• To provide end-to-end coordination work and perform impact assessment on assigned change requests

• To assess and develop solutions that will bring productivity and cost efficiency for Fund Accounting Operations

• To produce Business Requirement Document for any technology related request

• To provide testing support to perform any validation testing required by Operations prior to change implementation

• To deliver solution for the change requests / projects assigned within agreed timeline with client

• To perform end to end fund setup activities for new or existing fund.

• Liaison with Business Support team and system vendors to bring on solutions including test coordination with testing team.

• Act as Fund Accounting Operations focal point in governance forums.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• Min 5 years of relevant experience

• Possess great analytical and problem solving skills

• Preferable to have experience in fund accounting operations

• Experience working in fund administration, change management, and/or project management

• Knowledge of financial operations Skills: (technical skills)

• MS Access and SQL knowledge required
