Job Description
1. Position is 24x7 AOG desk that required shift work.
2. Co-ordinate and control of components requirements from customer’s base station and liaising with customer on critical spares requests.
3. Sourcing for spares availability.
4. Coordinate with repair staff and purchasing staff on order status.
5. Initiate loan/exchange/PO activities to support material shortages.
6. Manage AOG requirements for local and overseas customers.
7. Monitor of AOG / critical DSS requirements for C-Checks during off hours.
8. Checking IPC /ACRT for P/N interchangeability.
9. Liaise with internal departments, customers, freight forwards, and vendors if required.
10. Data recording and digital documentation.
11. Any other adhoc duties.
Requirements:
1. Working experience in material management in the aviation industry would be an advantage. Candidates with experience in inventory management in other industries would also be considered.
2. Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Good human relations skills.
4. Ability to learn fast and willingness to take up additional responsibilities.
5. Proficiency with SAP will be advantageous.
6. Customer-centric with the ability to adapt to different types of characters.
