Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for strategic and transformation initiatives including scope definition, project planning, resource allocation and risk management
- Collaborate with business and support function stakeholders to understand their objectives, business and technical requirements and transformation agenda
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets to ensure project success
- Build and manage high performing project teams, including business analysts, developers, designers, testers and other specialists assigned to the project team
- Establish the reporting framework, templates, channels and cadence to effectively monitor progress, identify areas for improvement and keep key stakeholders informed
- Manage and monitor project progress, establish and track key performance indicators, and ensure project milestones are met, on time, and within scope
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project timelines or quality
- Serve as main contact point for key senior management of the Bank, program stakeholders and providing regular status updates, addressing concerns and managing expectations
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business / Technology / Finance or related field, with 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Agile / Scrum environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in executing and implementing project management and change management initiatives in large and complex organizations would be advantageous
