Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12 years of progressive HR experience, with 7 years in a leadership role, preferably in a multinational organization.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and APAC employment laws.
• Proven experience in leading HR transformation initiatives and providing strategic guidance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in Manufacturing in Electronic or Pharmaceutical industries is advantageous.
