Key Responsibilities:
· Handle specialist clinics by developing, planning, and implementing tailored marketing strategies to promote our products and services effectively.
· Manage content creation and distribution across multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This includes creating engaging content, optimizing landing pages, writing SEO-centric articles, and producing POS materials.
· Collaborate with marketing agencies, vendors, and business partners to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
· Allocate budgets and set timelines for each campaign, analyzing their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
· Launch targeted online advertisements to increase brand awareness and support business growth.
· Utilize web analytics tools to measure the performance of digital marketing efforts and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
· Stay abreast of the latest online marketing trends and technologies, incorporating them into our strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
· Assist in project management and account management tasks as needed.
· Manage media planning and execute media buys to maximize brand exposure.
· Foster strong relationships with agencies and journalists to secure media coverage and enhance brand visibility.
· Devise and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives, ensuring consistency and relevance.
· Engage with audiences on social media platforms to enhance the company's online presence and drive engagement.
· Regularly evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, PR, or digital marketing, preferably in the retail/ beauty industry.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in social media management and digital analytics tools.
· Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Collaborative attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
· Adaptable and willing to embrace new technologies and methodologies.
