The post-holder will provide comprehensive personal assistant support to the Associate Director of Operations. They should be flexible and use own initiative to plan their workload, dependent upon the priorities and requirements at the time.

Management and Communication
• Manage the AD's workload ensuring all urgent/sensitive issues are dealt with timely.

Role Responsibilities

Overview

· Delivering digital collections experiences to our client base with a keen eye for the future. The role is expected to lead the growth and development of the eCommerce proposition in the cash value chain and the impact on the digital collections value proposition for the future.

Strategy

· Driving the eCommerce agenda that will enhance the underlying Product Fee, float and attract liability balances

As a member of MFPD, you will be responsible for leading the planning and launch of new after-death facilities, and maintaining oversight of the development process.
