  Support Ops SME’s in determining key business requirements for identification of payments flows. Identifying and documenting key data elements within processing systems to enable rules based controls to be set for management of large and anomalous payments.
  Deliver business requirements, prepare testing plans and execute/oversee testing and development of associated project artifacts as required for deliverables.
  Identify key with judgement for project risks, whether stated or not, and manage to resolution or escalate accordingly.
  Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.

  Qualifications/ Skills:
• 6-10 years' experience, with track record as a Business Analyst/ Program manager within the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry.
  Knowledge of Markets Operations businesses/ functions is required. Knowledge & understanding of payments workflows and controls beneficial.
  Able to lead conference calls and produce meeting agendas, materials, and minutes.
  Have experience of leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) projects, including overseeing the development & implementation of the UAT test plan, scripts and tools using the detailed functional requirements document.
  Excellent Excel PowerPoint and process mapping skillsets required.

Job Description

As we continue to expand and drive innovation, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager cum Business Analyst to join our team in Singapore. Here's a glimpse of your responsibilities:

Cultivate Connections: Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners while ensuring that project implementations meet our stringent quality standards.

Project Support: Collaborate with Project Directors, Senior Project Managers, or other Project Managers in various aspects of project management, including:

• Crafting proposals and quotations, and skillfully negotiating with clients.
• Managing project implementation plans and budgets.
• Defining project deliverables at each milestone.
• Vigilantly monitoring progress and taking proactive measures when needed.

Requirement Elicitation and Analysis: Collaborate closely with Clients, product owners, stakeholders, and end-users to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Translate business needs into actionable tasks for the development team.

User Story Creation: Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories that outline the who, what, and why of each feature or functionality. Craft user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria that are understandable by both technical and non-technical team members.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the development team and business stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and project progress.

Quality Assurance: Oversee QA/QC activities to ensure successful and timely project delivery, aligning precisely with client expectations.

Documentation Guru: Prepare a variety of project documentation, including Minutes of Meeting, Requirement Specifications, Design Specifications (or Understanding Documents), Training and User Manuals, Release Notes, and Project Status Reports.

Versatile Contributor: Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Business.
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in the IT industry is preferred.
3. Softskills: Excellent communication, problem solving, time management and critical thinking skills are essential.
4. Tech-Adept: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams), Jira.
5. Attitude: You're organized, meticulous, always approach tasks with a positive attitude, and work well.
6. Project Acumen: Strong administrative skills and a general understanding of the project life cycle, project documentation, and project standards.
7. Methodologies: Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies is a plus.
