We are looking for a proactive and highly ambitious Client Management Specialist/Executive (Key Account) who will handle our client accounts. • Maintain close relationships with clients and strategic partners. Ensure clients issues are addressed and fixed in a timely manner. Monthly meeting & daily communication with client and platform PIC is necessary.
• Establish marketing planning and execution by employing business analytics to recommend and execute marketing strategy for clients assigned to complement to client’s overall business planning.
• Coordinate with internal departments: operation team, listing team, content marketing team, customer service team to make sure key elements are provided to each team to ensure key function of these teams can be operated smoothly.
• Coordinate with Business Intelligence to plan new and restructured existing reports for business analysis.
• Prepare reports and conduct performance reviews with clients and the marketplace on weekly or monthly basis.
• Maintain master product list accuracy and process billings such as statement, claim invoices efficiently on a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Experience in account management, retail procurement or project management in the fields of e-commerce advertising will be an added advantage
• Experience with online marketing/ merchandising and or campaign planning is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce/ Business Administration Management/ Marketing/ Finance is preferred
• Fluent and proficient in English language, Mandarin will be an added advantage
