Overview

Job Description:
The wage range for this position is $95,760 - $119,700/year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do
Under general supervision oversees required day-to-day activities of field technician team and plans monthly technician routes. Analyzes team performance and recommends changes to ensure profitability, safety, and client satisfaction. Maintains customer satisfaction while balancing financial goals. Ensures safety compliance.

Leads the execution efforts of assigned business. Ensures consistency of delivery systems. Monitors and tracks the business plans.

Raises potential market opportunities to the attention of the appropriate branch or region resource for strategic direction.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Test Lead is a member of the Clinical Supply Distribution Solutions organization. The mission of the Clinical Supply Distribution Solutions team is to help bring medicines to patients through the delivery of impactful and sustainable technology solutions for the Global Clinical Supply Chain functions of Pfizer by providing the talent for technology planning, project execution and application development excellence.
The Test Lead is responsible for developing the test strategy (test plan) for each software release. Once the plan is completed, the Test Lead will oversee the production of all applicable test scripts and shall ensure full mapping from test scripts to functional requirements to ensure all application functionality is properly tested. The Test Lead will also identify regression test scripts, where applicable, to ensure that other key application functionality is still operating as expected and not been impacted through the development of new functionality. The Test Lead will also define the automated testing strategy and coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities with the business team members. Upon completion of test activities, the Test Lead will ensure all defects are properly documented and dispositioned, and that a test summary is drafted, reviewed, and approved.
Key responsibilities include directing and participating in testing activities, monitoring, evaluating testing performance, and designing and implementing the test strategy. This position will partner with project leadership, other Pfizer Digital service providers, and business team members.
