Seeking for Manager (Integrated Marketing), 3 Years Contract, Up $5K
Working Hours: Mon to Thurs (8.5hrs), Fri (8hrs)
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head (Integrated Marketing), the Manager (Integrated Marketing) supports the Integrated Marketing Team in its partnership with key divisions as well as senior management to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that promote the organization, its programs and people, in line with the brand identity.
He/She supports the Team in the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns, ensuring integration across various channels such as digital, social media, traditional media, and events, to promote the organization and its assets. This involves working with marketing agencies to determine target market demographics and behaviors, identify market dynamics, patterns, behaviors and competitors to support overall marketing strategy, and measuring the success of marketing efforts. It also includes collaborating with departments or divisions that work with creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets, messaging, and content that resonate with target audiences and reflect the brand essence.
He/she supports the conceptualization and management of the integrated marketing efforts to coordinate whole of marketing efforts, through, for example, the Marcom Grid reporting and submission. He/She also manages the on-going enhancement and development of digital presence through Website Portals, and the Intranet.
What you will be working on:
Corporate Website / Related websites and Intranet
Policy & Governance
- Support development of policies pertaining to the corporate website and social media usage
- Engage and carry out user experience discussions and reviews to support digitalization efforts.
- Facilitate and provide guidance to support the units / Constituency Office (CO) units on standalone website matters.
Corporate Website
- Manage, Develop, Update and Refresh content and visuals on corporate website to align with refreshed brand and ensure its relevancy as a key touchpoint for public facing information and experience.
- Engage Webpage users (other units) on alignment of content, brand positioning and industry best practices.
- Works with external web vendor to ensure website employs best practices, is up-to-date, addresses the needs of the audience, and is well-executed in line with core strategy.
- Coordinate with Infocomm Team (ICT) on technical aspects of the revamp, overseeing and ensuring that a consistent look and feel is delivered across all pages.
Intranet
- Supports System Owner of Intranet and works with ICT to manage Intranet content, ensuring consistent look and content that aligns with the brand.
- Engage and carry out user experience discussions and reviews with the intent of supporting internal digitalization efforts.
WOPA Campaigns
- Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaign, consisting of both ATL and BTL efforts to create awareness on refreshed brand.
- Supports the IM Team in collaboration with Brand team to roll out the whole of marketing brand expression and experience, and articulate the vision, mission, taglines, and corporate values across all touchpoints, including the Anniversary.
- Coordinate and provide guidance to the units on marketing efforts to support refreshed brand through touchpoints.
Others
Management and Organization of Work
- Coordinate with ICT and other Whole-of-Government (WOG) on internet security matters pertaining to Government websites.
- Represent in meetings and other website related forums / Workgroups.
- Provides secretariat support for meetings and other programmes, including comms to stakeholders
- Assists in procurement process from preparing specifications for GeBIZ ITQs/ITTs to awarding of contracts
- Ensure compliance with all government financial, procurement and governance guidelines.
Projects
- Support the team in the publication of the commemorative book to celebrate 65th Anniversary in Year 2025
Other Duties
- Other ad-hoc duties not covered under main responsibilities and duties.
Skills & Experience
- Minimally 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in integrated marketing, or campaign management, preferably in a government agency or similar environment.
