Business Development:
• Meet zonal objectives in terms of volumes and GMVC by prospecting and converting key partners.
• AO Product diversification by growing sales of Car Care and coolant range.
• Work with global KA team to extend global relations to APMO zone.
• Explore partnership and franchise models across various countries.
• Convert key OEMs (PC/MC) to TotalEnergies
Affiliate Support
• Coordinate and follow up with the affiliates on a regular basis the status of sales results vs. budget
• Support affiliates in converting tyre locations to our range of products.
• Ensure implantation of global workshop concept guidelines to all affiliates.
• Implment strategy for PCMO and MCO workshop segments across the zone
• Assist affiliate to upgrade to premium range specially for PCMO and MCO ranges.
• Work on regional PCMO/MCO OEM tenders
Experience & Qualifications Required:
• Appropriate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in a regional sales, preferably in the automotive aftersales/tyres/lubricant sector- Knowledge of franchise business model is an advantage.
• Ability to work on cross country projects. Regional roles in Asia Pacific or Middle East an advantage.
• In depth knowledge in strategic marketing, range/brand management, and sales management
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
