Your Responsibilities

Assist the paid media campaign planning and execution:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with a variety of teams and stakeholders in the development of paid campaign strategy, tactics, optimizations, tracking and reporting.
• Oversee and validate deliverables such as revised media plans, campaign reporting, vendor pixels, program details, creative deadlines, partner tagging information, budget documents and other items as needed.
• Demonstrate mastery of display, mobile and social advertising opportunities and the nuances of each as it relates to buying methods, KPIs, and measurement, and tracking.
• Manage media invoice processing including accruing completely and accurately, processing received invoices timely, and managing monthly budget tracker against actualized spend.
• Evaluate 3rd party advertising and technology vendors to understand their position in the marketplace and opportunities strategically relevant to Choice media campaigns.

Assist with Campaign Measurement, Data Management and Advertising Technology:

• Partner with our analytics teams to provide measurement updates, track learning agenda action items and understand what data or additional information is needed to answer key business questions.
• Participate in execution of commercial mix modelling and lead review process of ongoing campaign data workstreams.
• Create presentations, for both internal and external parties, on media strategy, learning agenda, campaign performance and other initiatives as needed.

Your Experience, Skills & Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications or related equivalent experience.
• At least 2-4 years experience in experience in advertising and media planning at an advertising agency or in-house advertising/marketing communications department.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Proficient in the use of web and advertising analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages a plus.
• Proficiency in privacy laws, site pixels and vendor tag management a plus.
• Demonstrates key competencies to include driving results, decision quality, and ensuring accountability.

This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Manager, Social & Digital Media. You will have 1 peer teammate and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.

Digital Media Performance Analyst Intern

Summary of the Role:

The Digital Media Performance Analyst Intern will support the Digital Media Performance Strategist and Analysts with the management of the day-to-day paid media campaign management for various clients.  This will include reporting, analysis, recommendations for campaign improvement, optimization and fulfilling implementation requests.  The intern will be responsible for several accounts working under the direction of a Senior Digital Media Performance Analyst.  The Intern will be data-driven and want to become a technical expert in all digital platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Ads, etc.).

Some of the activities in this role will include (but are not limited to):

• Pacing Campaigns/Accounts in various Paid Media Channels
• Setting up Campaign Experiments in Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Creating and launching new campaigns in various Paid Media Channels
• Creating manual reports (Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
• Providing weekly/Biweekly campaign insights and recommendations

At the conclusion of this six-month internship, you'll:

• Be Google Ads Certified.
• Understand the goals of a digital media campaign, along with the channel mix and role of each channel to the consumer funnel.
• Have a basic understanding of how the Paid Media Team works with clients.
• Successfully utilize a media plan to pace an account.
• Successfully identify optimization opportunities and make account recommendations.

Intern Requirements:

• Junior or Senior in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising. or Business Administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
• Experience with Paid Media platforms (such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads) is preferred, but not required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the onshore team and QC on a day-to-day basis to understand the requirements

• Create and develop reports based on the objectives of the social media campaigns and their KPIs

• Checking the pacing of live campaigns

• Learn the intricacies of every report and the larger role it plays in the Campaign Lifecycle

• Read and infer data from trafficking sheets

• Translate client’s campaign needs onto the platform

• Adding tags to Ads on Social Media platforms

• Draw actionable insights from reports made to add value to the on-shore team

• Ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality and in adherence with agreed upon SLAs

Good to have skills:

• Basic internet knowledge (Google/Youtube/etc.)
• Flexible to work across different time zones/shifts (including night shift)

Job Description

Your responsibilities as a Media Performance Analyst (Programmatic) –

 Handling daily reporting, pacing, screenshots and performance, including troubleshooting
 Basic experience on DSPs (Dv360/TTD/Amobee/Verizon Media, etc.)
 Responsible for delivering all projects on time with 100% quality.
 Apply expert level understanding to troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal involvement of onshore.
 Continuous efforts on getting hands on experience of all the tasks of analytics support.
 Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including performance analysis and evaluation of KPIs
 Focus on improving the efficiency on daily task and skills of MS excel over different Platform.
 Provide in-depth quality assurance of all projects.
 Eager to learn new skills and enhancing campaign performance
 Demonstrating diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices
 Preparing Wrap-up reports
