Job Responsibilities
• Adapt global Morningstar Direct positioning, GTM components, and marketing programs to best resonate with EMEA clients’ needs and differentiated from competitors.
• Act as the product marketing lead for all regional initiatives. Driving internal awareness for our regional strategy by connecting dots and creating enablement tools for product development, product marketing, international marketing, customer success, and sales.
• Deeply understand and document the needs of our EMEA clients to craft and execute the region’s go-to-market strategy for new product releases.
• Support regional demand generation and content marketing campaigns with expertly crafted persona-specific content.
• Own the creation and maintenance of foundational regional marketing content including, but not limited to, message maps, value propositions, market sizing, segmentation, competitive intelligence, buyer/user personas, buyer’s journey experiences and sales enablement materials – regionalizing and translating (with the assistance of linguists) assets into local language where appropriate.

• Use a data-driven approach to the development and measurement of marketing campaigns focused on driving retention, wallet, and market share growth for the business.

The Role

Job Description:
We are seeking a Content Production intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will gain experience in creating engaging and compelling digital and video content to support UA on its social mediaplatforms and website and will provide technical support for live events online and in-person.
Responsibilities:
● Develop digital content including video, blog posts, articles and infographics, social media posts.
● Assist in planning and managing UA’s social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Discord
● Set up an image and video archive for UA
● Assist in updating and obtaining the media permission agreements of case studies
● Assist in creating a bank of case study images
● Provide technical support in the live streaming and recording of online events
● Assist in filming and photography at events
● Provide technical support for AV production for live events
● Assist in creating and managing online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
● Any other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications / Requirement:
● Currently enrolled in a poly / bachelor's degree program in film and media production or equivalent
● Knowledge of live streaming events : Zoom meetings and webinars
● Good knowledge of video production and editing, and photography
● Good knowledge of Canva
● Strong copywriting skills and ability to create engaging content.
● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Our Product Development team has an internship opportunities for students that are looking for pharmaceutical industry experience in engineering. These opportunities present a chance to be involved in the design and processing of drug products for oral and pulmonary delivery. We are looking for self-starters that will contribute to our multidisciplinary teams and aid in advancing our technologies and the drug products they yield to the market. The program duration can be tailored to the accepted applicants’ schedule (between 3 and 12 months) with flexible start dates to accommodate life and school schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Learns and understands how to safely operate a range of instruments and equipment and demonstrates proficiency for achieving quality results
Applies fundamentals of materials, chemistry, and engineering including mass and energy conservation, heat and mass transfer, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, kinetics, and basic mathematical modeling to assigned problem statements
Defines problem statements using model-based hypotheses
Maintains an accurate and detailed laboratory notebook for robust data capture and reproducible experimentation details
Develops and executes routine work plans with guidance; including routinely manufacturing drug products using necessary unit operations and procedures
Follows established workflows and systems, where applicable
Performs other duties as assigned
Option to work independently on a continuous improvement or technology-advancing project dependent on the duration of the internship
Key Requirements
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or advanced degree in a physical sciences engineering discipline (i.e. chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, etc.) with at least 40 university credits
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (out of 4) required
Promote safety and demand high quality standards for work being performed
Established in mathematical and scientific principles
Show curiosity and a solid foundation in hypothesis testing & critical thinking, chemistry & material science, and data quality & integrity
Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, and be team-oriented
