Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
Close monitoring of OPEX and CAPEX to guarantee good operational effect and delivery of physical and financial curves; Resolving problems that occur related to the asset.
Collaborate with HR and SHE to ensure the training schedule for all personnel is carried out according to the annual plan. Also creating a SHE culture for all employees.
Responsible for developing employee resources and motivating employees to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in each department.
