• Responsible for the overall financial management of the Hotel including financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development and maintenance of adequate internal accounting control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.
• Analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report any variances to the concerned department heads.
• Managing revenues received and dispersed including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, audit, General Ledger reporting.
• Cash handling functions for the hotel and reconcile all cash dropped at the front desk & restaurant.

4 Making update Draft SOP Finance Accounting Departement 

5 Making Jobdescription Finance Accounting Departement for the team (rearranging job) 6 Handle & look after the accounting & finance work of all affiliated companies. (at now only 1) 

AUTHORITY :

1 Create Jobdescription Finance Accounting Departement 

2 Supervise, Coaching Finance Accounting Team related Accounting and Tax Rules in Indonesia 

3 Liase Communication with External and Internal Audit 

QUALIFICATION :

a EDUCATION Bachelor Degree - Accounting

b EXPERIENCE More than 8 years in Finance Tax Accounting and Auditing 

c TRAINING Tax, Finance, Accounting, Auditing etc

d ABILITY

• Bertanggung jawab atas neraca harian untuk memastikan bahwa semua item dipahami dan semua resiko dikelola dengan tepat
• Merencanakan ,mengatur dan melaksanakan tugas keungan dan proyeksi organisasi,
• Membuat budget dan report, mengawasi ,merencakan dan mengkoordinasikan kegiatan berbagai jasa kegiatan termasuk laporan keuangan , bekerja sama dengan departemen lain
• Mendiskusikan rencana perusahaan dan langkah selanjutnya yang harus diambil, dsb.
