Key Role:

Provide auditing and compliance duties including Audit Readiness Support to the client. General:

● Ensures effective implementation of global IT controls for stabilization of overall control environment

● Leads Global Compliance team’s efforts in the areas of SOC 1 and SOC 2 standards

What you will be responsible for

As IT Audit Vice President you will

• Review documentation of audit work and conclusion of audit tests results and overall effectiveness of controls.
• Draft, review, finalize and communicate audit deliverables, including discussion item matrices, memos and audit reports to senior and executive management.
• Perform quarterly risk assessments, develop audit universe and assist in preparing the annual audit plan.
• Manage relationships with senior and executive management through continuous monitoring activities, regular client relationship meetings, participation in working groups and committees of significant business and technology initiatives, and ad-hoc controls advisory activities.
• Manage, coach and develop staff, including participating in the talent management, staff evaluation, and new hire processes.
• Serve as a technical liaison to Corporate Audit Operational Audit peers.
• Stay abreast of industry and technical matters and efficiently and effectively apply applicable new developments in audit projects.

This apprenticeship will consist in promoting sustainability in all the organization, support the skilling up of the whole team and lead the action plan defined.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 3 years. 

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities. 

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• Support the definition and implementation of the IM Sustainability strategy, including the improvement and reporting of KPIs.

• Define a roadmap, action plan, and ensure its execution, while being involved in operational meetings at both Group and team levels.

• Act as the expert in Sustainability within the IM team, fostering exchange and awareness through various initiatives such as workshops and sessions.

• Promote Green IT and Ecodesign approaches, define best practices, and support team skill development in sustainability topics and competencies.

Skills & Prerequisites: 
You will integrate a BAC+ 3 level training in the field of computer science, information technology or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 3 years.
